Arnold G. Gardner, Jr.

Arnold G. Gardner, Jr. practices family and business immigration law as Arnold G. Gardner, PLLC, one of two PLLCs who are members of Gardner and Olson, PLLC.

Area of Practice:

Mr. Gardner currently limits his practice to family and business immigration law, representing individuals and entities in the areas of immigrant and non-immigrant visas, dealing with the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the United States Department of State, the United States Department of Labor and its local state affiliates. In 1983, he began representing individuals with immigration matters while staff attorney for the Catholic Community Services Immigration Project. In 1985, he joined the Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake as a staff attorney representing individuals with domestic law issues and acting as its sole immigration attorney. He was appointed as adjunct professor at the University of Utah College of Law from 1997-1998. He was the director of the Legal Aid Society from 1988 – 1989. In 1989 he joined Littlefield and Peterson practicing in the areas of immigration law, and juvenile court law. In 2002 he and Janice Olson formed Gardner and Olson, PLLC to continue assisting individuals, educational institutions, corporations and other business entities in the area of immigrant visas (green cards) based upon family or employment, non-immigrant visas of all types, and employment issues related to immigration.
